First Officer's Log: After analysing the results from our star mapping activities in this sector, we have categorised seven Alpha-4 class planets worthy of more investigation. I have assumed command of the landing party for the first planet to be surveyed, leaving the Commander in charge back on the bridge. Unfortunately, he seems to have allowed the ship's orbit to decay. I can only wonder what is happening up there....
